Concluzia
This is the fine print behind a single 'I Agree' click — and it's written almost entirely for StreamHive. Four clauses do the damage. First, the content license (Section 3): you keep 'ownership', but you grant a perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, commercial license to everything you upload — they can use, edit, sublicense and even run ads with your content forever, including after you leave. Second, they can change these terms at any time with no personal notice, and simply using the app again counts as agreeing (Section 2). Third, they can delete your account and content at will, with no refund (Section 5). Fourth, disputes are forced into individual arbitration with a class-action waiver (Section 10), and their liability is capped at €10 or three months of fees (Section 8). Several of these are limited by EU consumer law — unilateral change and forced-arbitration clauses are frequently unenforceable against consumers in the EU — but the platform writes them anyway, betting you won't know. Understand what you're granting before you upload anything you care about.

2. Changes to These Terms

3. Your Content — the license you grant

The license you hand over is perpetual (forever), irrevocable (you can't take it back — even after deleting your account), sublicensable and transferable (they can pass it to others), and covers commercial and promotional use. They can edit your work, make derivatives, translate it, and put it in an ad. For photos, music, writing, or anything you might monetize elsewhere, this is the clause that matters most.

5. Termination — delete-at-will

If you rely on this service — your audience, your files, your paid year — that dependence is entirely at their discretion. Combined with the perpetual license above, they can delete your access while keeping the right to use your content.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Set a calendar reminder 3 days before each renewal. In much of the EU, providers must remind you before auto-renewing and let you cancel easily — if they raise the price, that's usually a trigger for a clean exit.
8. Limitation of Liability

“To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamHive's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the past three (3) months or ten euros (EUR 10). 9. Indemnification

10. Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Class-action waivers are how a company avoids accountability for a small harm done to millions of users. The saving grace: it explicitly bows to 'mandatory consumer law', and consumer-protection rules in many countries limit how far a business can push you out of your local courts. Whether this clause binds you depends on where you live — worth checking before you assume you have given anything up.
